- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been at my new address for 5 months I receive mail and packages daily (no exaggeration). Now according to "Tony" at this office, the carrier for my area made a "mistake" and forwarded my package to an unknown address from a previous tenant. This was a very time sensitive item I was supposed to receive today. Now I'm being told it will be "at least two days" before the package gets here (they can't even say when exactly). No accountability for the USPS though. They made a mistake. They know it and admitted to it. They don't even offer to make up for it. They don't care obviously. Shouldn't they at least try to expedite the package because they made a pretty big mistake? Well they've done nothing. I will pay extra from now on to avoid the USPS. I'll get faster service, and much better customer service.By Kim Masson, October 23, 2016
